‘The Doll’s’

Collaborative work with Platt Hall Costume Gallery , Manchester. Inspired by the doll collection in un-seen storage at Platt Hall Costume Gallery. I created small scale installations using the doll collection likening them to famous iconic women such as Marilyn Monroe and Marie Antoinette. A scene from the Monroe classic ‘Some Like It Hot’ was projected alongside the Marilyn Monroe-esque doll and Marie Antoinette’s Versailles Palace filled the space of the cabinet. This piece was the inspiration for the live installation.
